First Dutch Alfa Romeo 2000/2600 meeting

The goal of this meeting is to let owners of an Alfa Romeo 2000 or 2600 meet each other to share experiences and to enjoy all the cars attending.

To achieve this goal, the agenda for the 3th of Octobre 2004 is as follows.

10.30 : Reception with Geert Jan Peters in Kampen. Geert Jan Peters owns a fantastic restoration business with a great affinity for the Alfa Romeo 2000/2600. Many cars restored by Geert Jan won prizes at various concourses. His showroom and workshop are open to visit.

11.30 : Start of the first part of the tour for registered cars. A great tour has been organised through one of the most attractive parts of the Netherlands: de Veluwe. The tour consists of two parts of approximately 60 km each.

13.00 : Estimated arrival for lunch somewhere in the middle of the forest. Reservations have been made with a very nice restaurant for lunch or a cup of coffee.

14.00 : Start of the second part of the tour. This will bring us to moorland, little hills and hamlets.

15.30 : Finish at Hotel Speulderbos in Garderen. A big part of the parking is reserved for us. At the bar of this hotel, you can order drinks and snacks The organizing team will stay for dinner. We would very much appreciate it if you could join.

Route description

Coming from the A28 or the A50:

• At junction "Hattemerbroek" N50 in direction of  Kampen,
• Take exit Kampen,
• Underneath the exit turn right (left if you come from the north),
• At the next trafic-light turn left,
• At rotunda first right,
• After appr. 500 meter you will see Geert Jan Peters Automobielrestauratie on your left.
